Good product

I received the jacket in Australia (posted direct). Its always a challenge buying online due to not knowing the sizes. I'm 6'3" and I would say well built if slightly overweight - 240lb. I bought XL and though it doesn't sit on me as loosely as the model shown, its probably the best fit. So, I would say its fairly true to size. I wouldn't try to put a jumper underneath it however. It would be too much of a snug fit. If you had a need for that then I would go XXL. It has that quality woolen feel even if its only 60% wool. All in all, a very nice piece of clothing. Certainly warm and comfortable.

Doesn't quite look like photo, not quite true to size

This coat didn't seem to fit true to size. It was delivered quickly and is a very nice quality, nice fabric, it just didn't look like I expected and didn't quite fit right. This coat fit me tightly across the back and shoulders, yet hung wide and loose elsewhere and down through the waist, with a somewhat boxy look. I have purchased other car coats with mixed results. This was different from what I expected. Maybe it's just my body type, so I couldn't rant or give it a "1" rating. I'm 5'10", 185, chest 44, sleeve 33, waist 32, somewhat broad shouldered. I ordered Large. If I were to order this XL, it will be be too big everywhere except the top shoulders/arms. I seems like a small-medium on top half and a large or XL on the bottom half. If you are a person with small or narrow shoulders and upperbody, this coat might be good for you. To me it seemed a little boxy, square, out of proportion. A great quality coat and fabric, just not quite what I expected in the style and fit. I would still order more from this brand.

Outstanding

For a Michael Kors jacket, you would had tought this was going to be expensive, but for $150.00 this jacket is pretty awesome. I don't know how it's going to work in the long run, since i got a few days ago, but the fabric and the feel of it feels great.

I got it in black and i think it's versatile enough to wear it formally or with jeans.

i highly recommend this item.
